PURCHASE INFORMATION:
To purchase a shotgun, a license is required, issued by the nearest Police station.
Required documents:
- Photocopy of identity card
- 2 photos
- Certificate from Psychiatrist and Internist or General Practitioner
- Solemn declaration (Law 1599/1986)
- 2 fees with code 6025 (€2.04 each)
RECEIPT INFORMATION:
Once you have the license, sign all copies and send them via ELTA COURIER (at our expense) with a photocopy of your ID and a contact number.

Orders are shipped via ELTA COURIER, GENIKI TAXYDROMIKI, ACS, or Box Now.
SHIPPING CHARGES
- Orders over €49,90: Free shipping, specific products are excluded.
- Cash on delivery: Additional charge €2.00

Cartridge orders are charged by weight. You will be contacted by phone regarding the cost before shipping.
Cyprus shipments are based on volumetric weight.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS
You may return or request a replacement within 15 days.
Return or replacement is only accepted if Artemis Sport is at fault:
- Wrong or defective products (bad packaging, errors, damage, etc.)
- Defective or non-functional items
Items must be returned in the condition received, complete and undamaged, with original packaging and all accompanying documents (receipt, invoice, labels, etc.).
If returned after 15 days, Artemis Sport may refuse the return.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
